Terms of Service

By accessing or using Idea Flow AI ("Service"), operated by The KAB Group ("we," "us," "our"), you ("user," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Idea Flow AI generates personalized AI-assisted business idea reports based on a user-completed questionnaire. Each report contains five business idea concepts together with comparison data and worksheets. The Service is delivered as a one-time digital product accessible via email and dashboard.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You must register an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

The Service is offered at a one-time fee of five U.S. dollars ($5.00) per report. Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. as our payment provider. We do not store credit card numbers.

If you experience a genuine technical failure that prevents delivery of your report, contact us at support@ideaflowai.app and we will make a good-faith effort to redeliver the report or generate a replacement at our discretion. This is not a refund commitment.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying source code or AI models
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense reports generated for you to third parties as a substitute for the Service
• Submit false or misleading information in the questionnaire
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, design, branding, and methodology. You retain ownership of the questionnaire answers you submit. The personalized report generated for you is licensed to you for your own personal or business use; you may use, share excerpts, and act on the recommendations, but you may not republish the report in full or use it as the basis of a competing AI-generated business idea service.

The reports generated by Idea Flow AI are produced using artificial intelligence ("AI") technology, specifically large language models provided by third-party AI providers. AI-generated content has known limitations:

(a) Recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees of business success. No business idea, however well-researched, guarantees revenue or profitability.

(b) AI may occasionally produce inaccurate, outdated, or fabricated information, including incorrect tool pricing, broken URLs, or references to events or entities that do not exist as described.

(c) Market conditions, regulations, and competitive landscapes change. Information in your report reflects general knowledge at the time of generation and may not reflect current conditions.

(d) You are responsible for verifying any factual claims, pricing, legal requirements, or business assumptions before acting on them.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any content in the report.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR FIVE U.S. DOLLARS ($5.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The KAB Group, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, (b) your violation of any third-party right, or (c) your reliance on the Service for any decision causing financial loss to you or any third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, but any reports already delivered to you remain accessible per Section 8.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in St. Joseph County, Indiana for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
